Open your graphic and duplicate. Close the original. Resize longest side to 350.
Select a gold pattern as your foreground on the color pallet. Select a color from your graphic as your background. Select white as your foreground color.
Add a 2 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Floodfill with a gold pattern of your choice. Add a drop shadow with the following settings.
Repeat drop shadow changing horizontal and vertical to -2. Deselect.
Image/Add border/5 pixel. Select with magic wand. Flood fill with background color.
Effects/Eye Candy 3/Swirl with the following settings.
Deselect.
Add a 2 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Floodfill with a gold pattern. Add a drop shadow with the same settings as above. Deselect.
Add a 30 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Effects/Plugins/Unplugged Effects/laserrays. Move the slider untill you get the effect you like. I had mine at 23.
Effects/Plugins/Two Moon/Quilt Again choose settings that appeals to you. I used 179/118
Deselect. Selections/Select All.
Layers/New Raster layer. Apply a cutout with the following settings.
Layers/New Raster layer. Apply a cutout with the above settings except use a -3 on the Vertical and Horizontal. Deselect.
Layers/Merge All-Flatten.
Add a 2 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Flood fill with gold pattern.
Add a 5 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Flood fill with background color.
Effects/Eye Candy 3/Swirl with the same settings as above.
Add a 2 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Floodfill with a gold pattern. Add a drop shadow with the same settings as above. Deselect.
Add a 30 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Effects/Reflection/Kaleidoscope using these settings.
Deselect. Select all
Layers/New Raster layer. Apply a cutout with the same settings as before.
Layers/New Raster layer. Apply a cutout with the above settings except use a -3 on the Vertical and Horizontal.
Deselect.
Layers/Merge All-Flatten.
Add a 2 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Flood fill with gold pattern.
Add a 5 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Flood fill with background color.
Effects/Eye Candy 3/Swirl with the same settings as above.
Add a 2 pixel border. Select with magic wand. Floodfill with a gold pattern. Add a drop shadow with the same settings as above. Deselect.
